Can you manufacture boxes in custom sizes?
Yes. Every box we produce is custom, built to your exact interior or exterior dimensions, board strength, and construction requirements. There is no standard size limit on either end.
Do you handle short production runs?
Absolutely. We regularly produce short runs for prototypes, product launches, and specialty applications alongside our high-volume manufacturing.

What information is needed for a packaging quote?
The essentials are: product description, product dimensions and weight, desired box or packaging dimensions, quantity, any material or printing preferences, project deadline, and shipping location. Drawings, samples, or dielines are helpful when available.
Do you manufacture custom foam inserts?
Yes. We produce die-cut foam inserts and cavity foam engineered to secure your product and absorb impact. We work with your product profile or sample to design the fit.
What are built-up pads used for?
Built-up pads are layered corrugated pads used to add strength, spacing, cushioning, and product separation inside packaging, typically as bottom pads, top pads, or layer separators.
What is V-board edge protection?
V-board (or angle board) is a rigid corner protector applied to product edges. It improves stacking strength, protects against handling damage, and helps stabilize palletized loads.
Can you create chipboard dividers and partitions?
Yes. We manufacture chipboard dividers, partitions, slip sheets, and kit-assembly components in custom sizes and configurations.
What is industrial stitching used for?
Industrial stitching is used to reinforce corrugated packaging where extra structural strength is required, commonly for heavy-duty shippers, bulk bin containers, and industrial applications.
